Return Process

2. Reason for Return: Clearly mention the reason for your return in your email.

Important Notes

• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions

• Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
